Chapter 3: Hippogryphs
Hippogryphs are very loyal creatures. Most of the time they are fairly docile creatures, or at least while alone. If you ever run across a hippogryph be very careful to be respectful because if a hippogryph is not shown the proper respect it will attack without warning and without mercy. They have razor sharp beaks and talons and are very nimble.
They have Wings and can soar through the sky like an eagle. Occasionally hippogryphs are kept as mounts to help witch’s and wizards travel across the world. Fun fact hippogryphs have a soft spot on their belly and will lie down on the backs to request people to scratch it if they are in a good mood.
To identify a hippogryph look for the following traits:
-
a giant horse/lion
-
And eagle head/wings
-
a long tail
-
blue, gold, brown and white feathers
-
If you found one it is probably attacking you
